If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from our website, you can return it to:

within 48 hours for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• Valid proof of purchase (online sales invoice and remittance advice).
• The return is within 6 months of the original purchase date.
• The item is in its original condition, including packaging, security seals, and tags. It must be unworn and unused.
• Refunds are processed according to the original payment method and only after confirmation that the payment was received in our bank account.
• Custom-made items are not eligible for a refund.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a return as follows:

• Email us at sales@rhinorugby.co.za or sales2@rhinorugby.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• We’ll arrange a courier to collect the item at no cost and send you the correct product.
